End-User License Agreement (EULA)

2. Software Features & Purpose
Surfclub:
Search Engine Modification: Surfclub modifies your default search engine to Yahoo as part of its functionality. This change will not be applied immediately; it may take up to a couple of hours for the modification to occur.
Site Redirection: Surfclub may redirect you to certain websites while browsing the internet. These redirects help us monetize the free-to-use Software by directing you to partner sites. These redirections are designed not to interfere with your overall user experience.
Beta Mode: Surfclub is in beta mode and is not intended to act as a comprehensive security tool. It does not actively block online threats, so we recommend using additional protective measures for your system and data.
ArtRage:
ArtRage is a separate program included with the installation of this MSI. By installing this MSI, you agree to the ArtRage separate T&C that is found on their website.
3. Uninstallation Instructions
To uninstall Surfclub and ArtRage, please refer to the uninstallation.txt file located in the C:\Program Files\Surfclub folder for detailed instructions. If you encounter any issues or cannot find the uninstallation file, please visit our support site at [Your Support Website] for assistance.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or otherwise attempt to extract or reproduce the Software in any way.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to redistributing, renting, leasing, or sublicensing it without explicit permission from us.
5. Data Collection and Use
By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect anonymous usage data to improve our products and services. This data may include, but is not limited to, browsing activity, system information, and software performance. 6. No Warranty

We may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the Software and cease all use of it.
